Vacation Clerkship - Australia

Vacation Clerkships are high level work experience programs for students in their penultimate year of their law degree, where you are expected to work closely with partners and lawyers on current matters over a two/three week period. You are provided with training and a full program that will allow you to put into place what you have been studying at university.

Your clerkship program also provides an opportunity for you to get to know your fellow clerks, Partners and staff as well as preparing you for the transition from university to a professional environment.

To be considered for a Law Graduate position, you must complete a vacation clerkship as we only consider previous vacation clerks for all Law Graduate positions.
