Squire Sanders in association with UK Anti-Doping and The World Sports Law Report are delighted to present Tackling Doping in Sport 2012, a global summit bringing together leading international anti-doping experts for a unique two-day conference and workshop event. The conference will explore the latest legal and scientific developments in anti-doping.
Among the issues to be discussed, the conference will examine what anti-doping agencies are doing to counter doping in sport through their use of pioneering scientific breakthroughs, intelligence-sharing, education and prevention-based programmes.
Squire Sanders’ Mike Morgan will examine the lawfulness of imposing a four-year ban for a first anti-doping offence and Peter Limbert will consider the impact of the recent changes to the Code of Sports-related Arbitration.
