Our lawyers assist a wide range of clients in matters involving regulatory compliance, complaint investigations and enforcement actions involving broadcast, wireline, wireless, satellite, unauthorized transactions, universal service support, and equipment certifications and distribution. Our work involves the investigation, preparation and prosecution of complaints, along with defending clients that have become subject to investigations or enforcement actions. We offer extensive knowledge and experience in helping clients avoid enforcement actions and in mediating enforcement proceedings that do arise.
In addition to helping clients already subject to regulatory enforcement actions or complaints, we help clients develop and implement comprehensive regulatory compliance and training programs. We also regularly counsel clients on prophylactic measures to ensure ongoing regulatory and legal compliance.
