Peter Z. Teluk represents investors outside Ukraine, as well as large Ukraine-based companies, in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters and real estate transactions. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in Ukraine for his energy and natural resources, investment, land use and zoning, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate practice.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Mr. Teluk was most recently the managing partner of the Kyiv office of an international law firm. He was also the head of the Ukraine-based law department and member of the management team of a multibillion-dollar fast moving consumer goods company with manufacturing facilities in Ukraine. Mr. Teluk’s experience includes FCPA, corporate, competition, real estate, labor, finance, customs, litigation, legislation, compliance and marketing matters.
