Christopher Wilde is a British national, but has lived and practised in France for a large part of his career. He is head of the Paris office and one of five partners in its Corporate practice, currently listed in the Décideurs Juridiques category for mid-cap M&A as enjoying "Forte notoriété" (highly reputed) and “Recommended” in Chambers Legal 500.

He brings to the firm more than 20 years' experience as a transactional lawyer in a highly international environment. His particular focus is on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions such as joint ventures.

Although he has particular experience in such areas as marketing services, media and entertainment and various manufacturing industries, he represents a diverse range of businesses from public, multi-nationals and household names through to the larger SME.

He has been dual qualified in France and England for the last fifteen years and is completely bilingual in French and English.
