In the United States, our trade remedy team brings vision, leadership and experience to trade remedy litigation involving antidumping, as well as countervailing duty subsidies and other safeguards. Our team has a demonstrated record of success in cases involving alleged injurious, unfairly low priced and subsidized imports. Unlike our competitors, we combine our litigation strategies with political advocacy – substantive experience plus deep contacts within the executive branch and on Capitol Hill.
