Nick Green is Head of the Birmingham office and is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group based in our Birmingham office. Nick’s particular expertise covers development and corporate real estate with a focus on healthcare development, hotels and leisure and corporate acquisitions and disposals. Nick acts for a number of significant clients in relation to their acquisitions and disposals of real estate, joint ventures, investment transactions, whether purely asset or share agreements, and the asset management for clients with substantial leasehold portfolios.

The Legal 500 UK has described Nick as a member of our "professional and reliable team" whose advice is "always bang on the mark”. 

Nick played rugby for Headingley, Wakefield and Leeds and currently is the coach of Bournville RFC Under 10’s rugby team.

Nick is involved in the Business in the Classroom CBI initiative and works with the Business in the Community team.
