Wojciech Wachacki’s practice focuses on real estate law issues, building projects realization, lease of office space and greenfield projects.
Wojciech regularly coordinates representation of developers in acquisition and development of office and retail projects throughout Poland. He has particular expertise in reprivatization issues related to real estate and claims of expropriated owners.
Wojciech also advises on corporate law and personal data protection issues.
He has M&A experience with respect to corporate services and entrepreneurs in litigation.

- Advising one of the largest multinational retails chains on all aspects of acquiring, leasing and construction of sites ranging from hypermarkets to specialty shops.
- Advising one of the largest global shopping mall operators on commercial premises lease agreements, tenants and sale agreements, and negotiating real estate agreements.
- Counseling various investors and developers in litigation and administrative proceedings concerning property and construction issues including active representation before courts and administrative bodies.
