Wendy Hunter is a partner and head of our London Pensions Practice Group. Having joined the firm in 1993, she has nearly three decades of experience advising employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law, including scheme documentation and pension aspects of corporate transactions, especially public to private sector transfers and their consequences.

The breadth and depth of her experience is recognised by the leading legal directories, Chambers UK and The Legal 500 UK. One has stated that “she combines a strong technical knowledge of pensions issues with an ability to communicate effectively with, and relate to, trustee directors”, while the other notes that she is “very experienced, practical and willing to give strong advice”.

Wendy frequently contributes to pensions and legal press and is a regular speaker on pensions matters. She is former member of the legislation committee of the Society of Pension Professionals and a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
