Victoria Dimmick is a senior associate in the Corporate Finance department and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and corporate governance. Victoria regularly advises both public and private companies on both UK and cross-border transactions. Victoria also works closely with in-house counsel on corporate governance and general corporate advisory matters and has led a number of complex group reorganisations.

Victoria has recently spent time on secondment at the Manchester Airport Group Plc working closely with corporate counsel, assisting and advising on corporate transactional work.

• Acting for a US private equity client on a cross-border acquisition of a UK and US based company in the manufacturing sector.
• Acting for a large private equity backed German corporate client on the acquisition of a UK telecommunications company.
• Acting for a US listed plc on the acquisition of a UK software company.
• Acting for a UK software house on a complex cross-border reorganisation.
• Providing corporate governance advice and support for a number of plc's and private companies.
• Acting on a number of complex group reorganisations for both plc's and private companies.
• Advising a plc subsidiary in relation to minimising currency exposure risk in respect of redenomination of foreign currency shares.
• Acting for the shareholders and management in relation to a debt and equity investment by an RDA fund .
• Acting on the merger of three trade bodies in the construction materials sector.
