She also drafts and reviews corporate documents, commercial contracts, agreements and other transactional documents.

Victoria assists with company formation, corporate operation compliance, optimization and maintenance, as well as on other related corporate regulation and tax matters. She has served several US-listed companies with corporate tax restructuring and tax planning, and provided for tax retainer services as well as transaction tax optimization and transfer pricing review for multinational corporations.

Victoria is also experienced in providing tax advisory services to private equity and venture capital funds. She provides several funds with compliance and investment advisory services. Victoria assists in the establishment of various offshore and RMB funds, advises tax-optimized investment and disposal strategy, and drafts due diligence reports.

Victoria passed the PRC Bar Examination in 2007.
