Traci H. Rollins is a member of Squire Sanders' global board and focuses her practice on representing financial institutions and nontraditional lenders. She has substantial litigation experience in Florida and US courts in protection and enforcement of creditors’ rights including complex commercial foreclosures and loan workouts and arbitrations. She also has experience in defense of consumer and commercial regulatory actions, including class actions, covering such areas as the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Billing Act. She counsels domestic and international financial institutions, insurance companies, property management companies and airlines, and represents court-appointed receivers in foreclosure and partnership dispute litigation.
Board Certified in business litigation by The Florida Bar, Traci lectures on the Truth in Lending Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has been an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Deposition Skills Program. She also co-chairs the firm’s diversity committee and has been featured in “Global Thinking, Diversity Programs Help to Create Stronger Businesses,” published by The South Florida Business Journal, and “The Best of Women in Law Programs,” published by The Woman Advocate Newsletter, American Bar Association, Section of Litigation.
