Tristan Duncan is an associate in our Litigation practice based in our Manchester office.  His particular expertise covers general commercial litigation (domestic and international) including contract, tort and property related disputes, professional negligence and alternative dispute resolution. He has also acted for solicitors and law firms subjected to disciplinary proceedings by The Law Society.
