Trevor Ingle is a corporate partner based in our London office and has over the last 20 years acted for a wide variety of companies across a multitude of jurisdictions and across a broad spectrum of industries including engineering, manufacturing, energy, media, healthcare, shipping and chemicals. Trevor acts for a broad range of both public and privately listed companies. He is a senior member of our M&A and Energy & Utilities practices and has particular expertise in renewable energy, healthcare and media. He is a former member of the Hammonds LLP legacy board.

Acting for the shareholders for North British Windpower in relation to the sale of the consented 144MW Fallago Rig onshore wind project to EDF Energy Renewables.

Acting for ESB Novusmodus which led a £12m investment in Geothermal International, Europe's largest designer and installer of ground source heat purposes.

Acting for Care UK plc on its £281 million recommended takeover offer by Bridgepoint by way of scheme of arrangement and in relation to class 1 acquisitions and related vendor placings.

Acting for Renewable Energy Generation Ltd on the £69 million sale of its Canadian wind farm business, AIM PowerGen Corporation to International Power and on the sale of its interest in the Tymien Polish wind farm to Invenergy.

Acting for URS Washington in relation to the establishment of the two successful consortia awarded long term contracts by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in relation to Sellafield and LLWR in Cumbria.
