Timothy Moser’s practice emphasizes structured finance, project finance, asset-backed securitizations, commercial and corporate finance, securitization conduit warehouse and repurchase facilities, and reorganizations. His focus is on complex shared credits, unique structures and unusual asset classes. He is frequently lead counsel on restructuring complex commercial, structured and securitized financings.

Timothy is a frequent lecturer on structuring, workout and reorganization issues for complex commercial, project and structured financings.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Arizona State Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.

• Frequently representing issuers, underwriters, investors, trustees, servicers and lenders in a wide variety of US and international securitization, project and structured finance transactions.
• Frequently representing lenders, lender groups and borrowers in complex shared credits involving various asset classes, including receivables, inventory, rolling stock, aircraft, equipment, marine, intangibles and contract rights.
• Acting as special structured finance counsel to the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee of Enron Corp.
• Frequently representing debtors and creditors in complex sale, workout, reorganization or liquidation of shared, structured and project financings.
• Advising on numerous sales, financings, reorganizations and liquidations of financial services companies and financial institutions.
