Timothy Moser’s practice emphasizes structured finance, project finance, asset-backed securitizations, commercial and corporate finance, securitization conduit warehouse and repurchase facilities, and reorganizations. His focus is on complex shared credits, unique structures and unusual asset classes. He is frequently lead counsel on restructuring complex commercial, structured and securitized financings.
Timothy is a frequent lecturer on structuring, workout and reorganization issues for complex commercial, project and structured financings.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Arizona State Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
