Tim Wünnemann

Dr. Tim Wünnemann is partner in our Commercial & Dispute Resolution practice based in our Berlin office. Dr. Wünnemann brings to the firm more than 13 years experience as a commercial and trial advocate, litigation and arbitration lawyer. He regularly represents clients in commercially determined civil and arbitration proceedings and assists clients in national and international commercial disputes.

Although his main focus is on industrial clients, particularly in the automotive, aerospace & defence and chemical sector, his work involves the representation of clients in a wide range of businesses, from companies in the energy and utilities sector to financial institutions and banks.

Besides his specialisation in dispute resolution and litigation he regularly advises clients in export control and anticorruption matters. He provides legal and strategic advice especially in complex technology projects and in the area of supply chain securitization in distressed supplier situations or other insolvency cases.

Dr. Wünnemann has a long-standing experience in advising multinational industry businesses. Clients do regularly regard him not only as a commercial or litigious lawyer, but as a trusted advisor. By leading the Berlin Commercial & Dispute Resolution practice, Tim ensures effective and pragmatic legal support tailored on the specific clients needs.
