Timothy L. Coyle

Timothy Coyle focuses his practice on business law and transactions including the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial finance and private equity investing. He also represents private and public companies in matters relating to general corporate law including company formation and governance. In mergers and acquisitions, Timothy represents private and public companies in both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures. He also represents both borrowers and lending institutions in secured and unsecured financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and mezzanine debt transactions. In the area of private equity investing, Timothy’s representation includes advising private equity funds with respect to a variety of investment opportunities.
Prior to entering the private practice of law, Timothy practiced as a certified public accountant and advised Fortune 100 companies in the areas of international tax and legal matters.
