Thomas Gaynor’s practice includes structuring, negotiating and documenting complex international corporate and finance transactions. In addition to providing general legal and business counsel, Thomas has handled public and private company mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, corporate governance, venture debt and equity financings, LLC and corporate organizations, joint ventures and domestic/offshore investment fund formations.
Thomas has represented clients in various industries including digital media, manufacturing, entertainment, financial services, durable consumer and electronics products, wireless and other technology solutions, clean-tech energy and solar transaction, foreclosed real estate finance, commercial auctions, investment fund creation and various other general business and commercial services.
He represents companies and investors in a broad range of business issues and works with companies from initial start-up stages through exits, as well as multi-national entities for which he provides a broad range of services and advice.

Thomas serves on the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Growth in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and sits on the Membership and Program Committees of the San Francisco Chapter. Thomas is a former officer of the Boston College Law School, California Chapter, as well as its National Alumni Council.
