Tatiana Nevard focuses her practice on a diverse range of corporate matters including public and private equity finance, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Her experience includes structuring, negotiating and documenting investments on behalf of leading Russia-based and international investment funds including Troika Capital Partners, Steep Rock Capital, UFG Private Equity and New Russia Growth Fund. Tatiana also drafts and negotiates share purchase agreements and other ancillary documents involved in share sale and purchase transactions, and drafts and negotiates shareholders’ agreements and option agreements for Russian and international clients. She also counsels on Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM) regulations and general corporate governance matters. Tatiana has assisted clients with initial public offerings (IPOs), private placements and admission of UK and overseas issuers to AIM.
Tatiana assists Russia-based clients interested in doing business in the United Kingdom as well as Western businesses entering Russian markets. In 2007, she co-organized a London IPO conference at which she gave a Russian-language presentation to Russia-based banks and energy companies on “Raising Finance in London” with a specific focus on CIS-based companies including discussion of readiness for, typical obstacles and alternatives to IPOs. She has also written for the
Russo-British Chamber of Commerce Bulletin on financing issues Eastern European businesses may face.
