Steven Glover is a partner in our Corporate Strategy & Finance (Corporate Finance) practice based in our Leeds office. His particular expertise covers advising a range of both private and public sector entities on joint ventures, refinancing and restructuring along with mergers and acquisitions.

Representative Experience

• Advising Wakefield MDC on its investment in the Westgate development which included advice relating to governance and vires.
• Advising Accent Homes Foundation on the disposal of its LIFT development business and portfolio of medical facilities.
• Advising Stoke on Trent City Council on the establishment and funding of a joint venture as a company limited by guarantee to undertake the refurbishment and development of an exhibition centre. 
• Advising Ashley House plc on its £45m acquisition of various joint venture interests in NHS LIFT companies and related joint venture with Babcock and Brown.
• Advising Yorkshire Forward in relation to the establishment of Digital Region, a joint venture between Yorkshire Forward and various local authorities created to establish broad band services in the South Yorkshire region.
• Advising the Congregational and General Charitable Trust on various governance and vires issues relating to the ownership and management of trading subsidiaries.
