Stephanie A. Griffin

Stephanie Griffin’s practice focuses on commercial and general civil litigation as well as probate administration. She has argued pre-trial and post-trial motion hearings involving confidentiality of court documents and discovery in aid of execution of judgments. In addition to effectuating international service of process in Europe and Latin America, Stephanie has also handled matters involving domestication of international judgments issued by Landgerichte, German district courts, from initial filing with Florida courts through judgment execution in the United States.
In 2009, Stephanie was selected as a judicial clerk to the Botswana Court of Appeal in Africa for the summer session, which coordinated with her pursuit of a certificate in international law. She earned this certificate with high honors.
Stephanie is a member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
