Sonia is the Chief Operating Officer in our Spanish offices. Her particular role covers managing Finance, HHRR, Communication & Marketing, Facilities, Training and Library.

Her expertise covers developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies for Corporations, Human Resources policies and procedures and Finance control. Reporting to Spanish partners and UK of the management of the Spanish Branch.

Representative Experience

• Successfully implemented the set up of different internal tools.
• Creation of a New Business Form to ensure cross-selling between departments.
• Developing the new HHRR structure with the labour relation of lawyers in Spain.
