Seiji Miwa focuses his practice on general corporate matters, antitrust laws, Japanese litigation, telecommunications and copyright law, and has also handled cases in the communications and manufacturing industries.

His experience includes researching an international cartel case involving the United States, Japan and Europe and antitrust regulatory authorities; cross-border litigation proceedings in the United States, Japan and Europe; advising on telecommunications business and radio law; and negotiating with the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Seiji is a member of the First Tokyo Bar Association.
