Shigeru Miki handles matters involving the negotiation, litigation and resolution of intellectual property disputes including those involving copyright, trademark, unfair competition and patent laws. He has extensive experience in the fields of semiconductors, electronics, telecommunications, machinery, robotics and computer software.

Shigeru is the author of several IP-related articles including "Enforcement of Business Method Patents in the US, Japan and Europe."

He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
