Bryan Venesy is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, serving as the practice coordinator for Squire Sanders’ US offices. His practice focuses on complex real estate transactions including real estate development, real estate finance, equity investments, affordable housing tax credits, community development, partnerships, joint ventures, leasing and general business matters. Bryan represents owners, lenders, investors, developers and tenants in regional, national and international transactions.

Bryan is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers. He is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Columbus and is a member of the American, Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
