Andrew Swary focuses his practice on real estate matters including real estate finance, commercial lending, commercial leasing, new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and low-income housing tax credits.

Andrew represents investors, funds, financial institutions and developers in the acquisition, financing, sale and disposition of real estate developments. He also represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial and real estate lending. Andrew assists direct investors and syndicators in the acquisition of equity interests in new markets tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit and low-income housing tax credit projects. He also represents landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing transactions.

Andrew was selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers–Rising Stars 2010, a listing of the top up and coming lawyers in Ohio.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked as an associate in the New York office of a multipractice law firm, focusing his practice primarily on representing financial institutions in connection with asset-based lending transactions.
