Simon Price is a partner in the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Squire Sanders and is based in the London office. He leads the contentious financial services and pensions practice in London. His extensive experience covers litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, particularly in the banking, pensions and financial services sectors, and fraud recovery, regulatory investigations and enforcement action in those sectors. Simon is an acknowledged expert in his field in Chambers UK, The Legal 500 UK and Legal Business' Legal Experts, which variously describe him as "excellent", "innovative and pragmatic", and "a client orientated partner" who "combines intellect, business acumen and good humour".
Simon has been an accredited mediator or the CEDR since 1998 and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2000.
