Shuhei Fujimura focuses his practice on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, finance, labor, real estate, litigation and dispute resolution and general corporate matters. Shuhei represents international manufacturing, trading, IT, telecommunications and real estate companies in Japan.

Shuhei’s recent experience includes a large scale cross-border M&A transaction across multiple countries, capital contribution to a Japan-based manufacturing company by a foreign company, company splits by a Japan-based manufacturing company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, acquisition of a Japan-based trading company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange by a foreign trading company, and securitization of real estate and loans.

Shuhei is a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association.
