Sherri Dahl’s practice includes general bankruptcy matters with a focus on Chapter 11 reorganization and creditors’ rights matters. She represents debtors, creditors’ committees, individual creditors, and both secured and unsecured lenders in bankruptcy matters and workouts.
Sherri was a law clerk for The Honorable William T. Bodoh of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Sherri was recognized as a Rising Star in the 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2010 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Stars magazine, a distinction that recognizes the top 2.5 percent of Ohio lawyers under the age of 40 or those in practice for 10 years or less. Sherri was also listed in the 2012 edition of Ohio Super Lawyers.
Sherri is currently vice president of development on the board of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation and on the executive committee for the Cleveland Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. In 2010 she was awarded the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Presidents’ Award for her exceptional service to the Bar and the legal community as the Fundraising Chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation.
