Since joining Squire Sanders in 2008, Satoko Kinoshita’s practice focuses on corporate and corporate transaction matters. She handles matters in the manufacturing and IT industries for both international and domestic companies in the areas of international transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Satoko is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
