Sarah Waite Associate

Sarah is an associate in our Real Estate practice based in our Leeds office.  She has several years of experience of commercial property work and has been involved in a variety of regeneration projects. Sarah also has experience in dealing with internal company reorganisations and refinancing work and has been involved in large scale motorway service area schemes from acquisition of the site to letting and management.

Representative Experience

• Acting on behalf of Yorkshire Forward on the proposed redevelopment of Brodsworth Colliery – “A Carbon Challenge Project”.
• Acting on behalf of Swayfields Limited in connection with the letting and management of a number of motorway service area sites and overseeing the refinancing of several sites from a property perspective.
• Acting for HCA on the reviews of title and transfer of four colliery sites.
• All aspects of Landlord and Tenant work for developers and occupiers.
• Property aspects of corporate and banking/ restructuring transactions.
• Acting for Oval Limited and its subsidiaries in the management of its large portfolio of properties throughout the country which includes the acquisition of properties following the corporate acquisition of an insurance company.
• Acting for Trinity Mirror and its subsidiaries in connection with the management of their property portfolio which includes all aspects of landlord and tenant work.
• Acting for Univar plc and its subsidiaries which can require taking instructions from the American arch of the client company. This requires flexibility and a good understanding of the client due to different cultures and time zones. LI>
