Sarah is a member of Women in Property (National Association and South East Division).

Representative Experience

• Advising a local authority in relation to the development and letting of a large mixed use city centre scheme including a hotel, offices and residential;
• Advising a supermarket chain in connection with acquisitions and disposals in the south east as well as on a number of sale and leaseback transactions;
• Acting for an institutional investor in connection with the acquisition, management and disposal of a number of retail and industrial properties and portfolios;
• Acting for an institutional investor in connection with the acquisition and management of a number of shopping centres;
• Within a multi-disciplinary team, providing real estate advice in connection with a number of football club acquisitions;
• Acting for a local authority in relation to commercial property acquisitions on behalf of its pension fund.
