Sarah Brice

Associate

Sarah Brice is a lawyer in our Pensions practice based in our London office. She qualified into the team in September 2010 following the completion of her training contract with the firm.

Sarah’s experience covers a range of non-contentious pensions work, advising both trustees and employers. Her expertise also includes ongoing pensions and trust law advice, member queries both in respect of defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements, scheme documentation work and advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.

Sarah is member of the Association of Pension Lawyers as well as participating in numerous pro-bono activities which the firm hosts.

Representative Experience

    • Advising on the impact of changes in legislation.
    • Advising a number of pension plans and sponsors on legislative changes, including section 251 of the Pensions Act 2004 and changes relating to RPI/CPI.
    • Reviewing and advising on investment fund prospectus’.
