Qian (Sarah) Xiong assists with corporate-related matters including due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance in the banking, insurance, fund, advertisement, manufacturing, travel agency, oil and trading sectors.

Sarah assisted a prestigious Europe-based energy company with CDM projects, which mainly included legal due diligence on the project company in China and reviewing the term sheet and emission reduction purchase agreement. Sarah also assisted China-based companies on outbound investment through cooperation with foreign lawyers.

Sarah passed the PRC Bar Examination in 2002.
