• Acting for a property fund on the disposal of a multi-let retail and office building for a sum of £132 million.
• Advising a property fund on portfolio sales of industrial estates, retail parks and office buildings.
• Advising client on property aspects of acquiring two leading football clubs.
• Advising on property aspects of a £250 million corporate merger where Squire Sanders acted for the funder.
• Letting and estate management work relating to shopping centres in Hull and Carlisle.
