Ryan has successfully helped various clients protect their intellectual property rights in PRC. By drafting and sending demand letters to the infringers and soliciting assistance from applicable Internet service providers, he helped a Japan-based company delete dozens of infringing web pages.

Ryan provides legal analysis regarding bankruptcy matters. He has a sound knowledge of the bankruptcy system in PRC including liquidation, reorganization, the reconciliation process, debtor-in-possession versus official administrator (trustee) and distribution of the bankruptcy estate.

Ryan offers insights into the legal system for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in the PRC. He conducts comprehensive research with respect to pharmaceutical registration and medical devices registration and drafts alerts to keep clients informed of the latest updates in the life science area.
