Andrew Jordan Partner

Andrew Jordan has 30 years’ experience as a corporate finance lawyer.  His particular expertise is in private equity transactions, with a focus on advising management teams, exit planning and value realisation for owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.

Andrew has also advised on public company IPOs, secondary fund-raisings, takeover bids and investor relations across a variety of industry sectors including chemicals, automotive and biotech.  He advised the buyer on a cross border acquisition of an automotive manufacturer.

His private equity experience includes transactions involving internet service providers, internet retailing and VOIP businesses, as well as manufacturing businesses in orthopaedic products, building materials and chemicals.
