Robert Farrer-Brown is a Lawyer in our Corporate Transactions, Finance & Governance Practice Group in our Birmingham office. Robert acts for both banks and borrowers in relation to refinancing, acquisition finance, property finance and general secured lending.

Robert completed his training contract at Squire Sanders in September 2010 during which time he also completed seats in the banking, corporate, employment, pensions and property groups.

Representative Experience

• Assisting Barclays Bank PLC in respect to the purchase by an existing bank customer of a group of four companies for circa £19 million and the amendment and restatement of the customer’s existing facilities. 
•  Assisting Ricardo PLC in the refinancing of their existing facilities.
