Robert is a partner in our Corporate practice based in our London office. Robert has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of corporate work including private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in a range of sectors, including media and energy & utilities. Robert also provides general corporate advisory advice to clients.

Advised The BSS Group plc on its recommended takeover (by way of scheme of arrangement) by Travis Perkins plc for £661m.

Advised Pizza Hut (UK) Limited on the refranchising of a number of restaurants to various third party franchisees.

Advised Good Energies on its disposal of a 12.3mw wind farm in Dummuies, Scotland to IKEA.

Advised Cerigo Developpement Sarl on the provision of a £50m funding package to launch Windberry Energy, a venture to develop, construct and operate small onshore wind projects.

Advised Harvard International plc on a number of disposals including the class 1 disposals of Harvard's former Leisure Division, Alba and Bush trademarks (and associated businesses), and its medical division.

Advised Cerigo Developpement Sarl on the provision of a £30m funding package to Imperative Energy Limited, a leading Irish supplier of renewable energy generated from biomass.
