Rachael Harris focuses her practice on litigation and international dispute resolution matters. She has experience in a variety of substantive areas and in multiple phases of litigation including pleading, motion practice, discovery, damage analysis, settlement and appeal.
Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Rachael was a judicial intern for The Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the United States District Court, District of Columbia.

Drafting a brief to the Washington DC Circuit challenging the district court's interpretation of a final agency rule.

Assisting in the representation of a national industry organization in pursuing Lanham Act false advertising claims by drafting multiple motions and briefs involving disgorgement and lost profits analysis, and oppositions to defendant’s motions.

Representing a country in Latin America in the damages phase on an international arbitration under the ICSID Convention involving a claim brought under a bilateral investment treaty.
- Assisting in the representation of a respondent in a 421 “safeguard” proceeding before the US International Trade Commission.
