Rene Larkin handles a variety of commercial finance and real estate litigation and transactional matters including foreclosures, lease negotiations, workouts and restructurings. Rene focuses on commercial real estate litigation, enforcing the lender’s rights in complex commercial foreclosures.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, she was an intern for The Honorable James S. Moody of the Middle District of Florida, Federal Court.
