Peter Zisser’s bankruptcy practice includes the representation of creditors, debtors, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and indenture trustees; representation of foreign representatives and creditors in Chapter 15 proceedings; representation of defendants/creditors in avoidance actions; representation of tenants and landlords in assumption/rejection disputes and representation of secured creditors in actions to recover collateral. He advises creditors on prebankruptcy planning and asset protection strategies and advises investors in distressed debt. Peter’s experience includes prosecuting claims and defending creditors in claims objection proceedings and preparing Chapter 11 reorganization plans and disclosure statements.
Peter has written extensively on bankruptcy issues for numerous publications including Bankruptcy Law Reporter.
