Timothy Sheeran serves as co-chief operating officer for Squire Sanders.

Tim represents Ohio school districts for contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, litigation, education of the disabled and employment discrimination matters.

For private sector clients, he provides counsel on issues such as equal employment opportunity litigation, wage-hour problems, class action litigation, employment of the disabled, private employment agreements, bankruptcy and pension matters.

Tim is consistently listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters each year since 2005.

He is involved in the Labor and Employment Sections of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National Council of School Attorneys, the Ohio Council of School Attorneys and the Education Law Association.
