Prew Lumley is a property partner in the Leeds Office of the Real Estate Group and has more than 15 years experience as a commercial property lawyer. Prew works on a job share basis with Karen French and her work involves a range of property related areas. Principally Prew acts for corporate real estate clients across a breadth of types of occupation including retailers, chemical distribution, builders merchants, textile operators, call centres, paper producers and electrical manufacturers. Prew and Karen lead the Corporate Real Estate team in Leeds and Prew heads the Retail team.

In addition Prew has worked on a number of high profile regeneration projects representing the Homes and Communities Agency (formerly known as English Partnerships) and the various Regional Development Agencies such as Yorkshire Forward and SEEDA. She has also acted on a number of development projects both residential and commercial.
