Rodrigo Menezes Cardoso has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He focuses on leading multidisciplinary teams in strategic planning, contract and the preparation and negotiation of documents for SPAs, shareholders agreements, stock options plans, corporate governance principles, and intellectual property and labor contracts. He also works with clients on compliance with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and São Paulo Stock Exchange rules.

He has participated as a panelist in various seminars and symposiums organized by the American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil, ADPO and International Business Communications.
