Squire Sanders is pleased to participate in LegalTech West Coast 2010, to be held June 23 - 24, 2010 in Los Angeles.
Squire Sanders Partner Joseph A. Meckes will discuss knowledge management (KM) tactics and topics from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. on June 24. Mr. Meckes is co-chair of the Squire Sanders Partnering for Worldwide ValueSM initiative's Knowledge Management Steering Committee. The LegalTech KM program is part of the event’s Legal Technology in Practice track.
Topics will include:
- KM as a management technique
- Organization and automation
- Gaining external knowledge
- Internet options for KM
- Making information accessible and cost-effective
In addition to KM, the Legal Technology in Practice track will cover current trends in social media and cloud computing.
LegalTech offers law firms and legal departments the ability to improve practice management by staying on top of trends in the ever-changing legal technology industry. Attendees can earn CLE credits, learn about the newest advances in technology and network with industry leaders.
