Pedro Miranda focuses his practice on public finance and serves as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, disclosure counsel and trustees’ counsel on bond issues in the state of Florida.

Pedro has broad experience representing issuers and underwriters in Florida in both new money and refunding transactions including general obligation bonds, special assessment bonds, and revenue bonds for the financing of, among others, water and sewer facilities, healthcare facilities, airports and sports facilities.

Pedro is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, The Florida Bar, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association and the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida.
