He provides comprehensive legal assistance to business entities regarding new laws involving technology, particularly to telecom operators in administrative and civil proceedings. He also prepares agreements and legal memoranda in these fields.

Piotr’s experience includes serving as an in-house lawyer in the legal department for a national telecommunications provider in Poland.

• Advising on a mobile access network shared by two major mobile operators in Poland and a joint venture to manage and develop both operators’ networks.
• Advising on the takeover of a producer of packaging and packaging labels in Poland.
• Providing comprehensive legal assistance to businesses regarding regulation of new technologies including proceedings before civil and administrative courts, negotiations and drafting court pleadings.
• Drafting and negotiating agreements related to new technologies, intellectual property, personal data protection and commercial law.
• Providing comprehensive assistance to business entities regarding personal data protection, representing clients before the General Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data and performing audits of personal data protection programs.
