Peter Flanagan

Peter Flanagan focuses his practice on intellectual property matters. He has assisted clients in patent prosecution as well as in intellectual property litigation, including patent and copyright litigation. Peter has counseled clients regarding intellectual property portfolios and has helped clients analyze infringement and validity of US patents. He has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in a broad spectrum of technologies, including computer hardware and software, control systems, communications systems, power electronics, electrochemical devices, semiconductors, mechanical systems, industrial systems and medical devices.
