Paul Turnell is an associate in the firm's London office with a particular focus on property elements of project finance and PFI/PPP projects.

Paul has acted for public and private sector clients on a range of PPP projects with a focus on the health and defence sectors. He has particular experience with infrastructure projects in the health sector with transactions in primary care (NHS Lift) and acute/general hospitals procured under the private finance initiatives (PFI).

Paul advises on all aspects of PPP projects including construction/operation, real estate and facilities management contracts.

Representative Experience

• Advising private sector participants on NHS LIFT Projects in Bury Tameside and Glossop, Fareham, Glossop, Doncaster and Barnsley.
• Advising the private sector participants on each of the NHS LIFT Projects procured under the Express LIFT National Framework at West Sussex and Cumbria.
• Advising private sector participants on 3PD schemes in Camden & Islington and Cumbria.
